Its all drifting past me
A current with no life
My hand extends to touch
And withers, blackened
And Charred

Zoom in.
My mom put him there.
She put him back.
Theres a monster in my closet, mommy.
And you wont protect me.

Pan out.
A girl alone in a living room.
A tree.
An unwrapped present in a lap.
Tears on a face.

Close Up.
Theres a monster in my closet.
Monster, Monster.
Hes gunna get me again.
And you wont protect me.
Fade Away.
