As pain fills my body
I try not to cry
My heart starts to crumble
As we say goodbye
I don’t understand
You say I never do
Why is it so wrong
For me to love you
I gave you my heart
I gave you my all
How can you smile
When you see my tears fall
You say your sorry
I know it’s a lie
As I sit here thinking,
My only question is…
Why?
