Blink of an Eye
As I get deeper into my conciseness
Everything goes dark
Dark as a black hole deep into space
My life flashes before me
Like millions of pixels rotating a second
Representing my life’s journey
Things get to dark I have to escape
Heart is thumping
As if someone was running on it
Feel blue legs can’t stop shaking
I come to my senses
This is not worth the ticking of the clock
My body shifts from blue to red
I eradicate the guidance that
Has come from my blankets
I new day has revolved
A new man is born
