Impulsive creatures

Immune to fear

Impetuous by nature
Craving sets them free

Shies away all consciousness

Gives birth to immaturity

And nurtures them with confidence
We share a fun festivity with each other

We remain everlasting children

While playing tireless games of tag in my head

And never forgetting to think of second’s satisfaction
Sometimes we become reckless

Sending screaming shivers down my body

Capable of overwhelming my insanity

Causing fright for all who sees
And though eyes may hush us

We remain unchanged

And undamaged

We remain untouched

And unbroken
Our spirit still burns ingenuously bright

Because we are incapable of reasoning with masks

We have been raised by Frank and Candid

And the luminous spotlight has become our ally
We have learned to be incandescent

Like the star’s radiant light in the night

Or the diamond’s shimmering sparkles

Or like the sun’s fiery luminosity
We hold a young spirit

That owns a rhythm much like a heart

And keeps our lives constantly breathing

While we enjoy our abnormality

And treasure our pure insanity
