Choices
Steel
The way my heart used to feel
 Easy to be broken
Either by pain or the words spoken
Like a nail going through my heart
From when you tore our family apart
Everytime I tried you pushed me away
 Decisions you made everyday
 Extasy was your choice
Rarly did you listen to my voice
All I wanted was for you to love me
 Listen to others
But you couldnt see what they could see
Or how you looked in your childrens eyes
Example all their sorrows and cries
 When you were around
Heartbreak was the only thing found
 Either that or drugs
Really you were to trippin to care
Emotions spilled out once you realized you had lost your little "teddy bear"
Mom, Are you trying to kill yourself?
You need to realize life isnt about fame or wealth
 Maybe being 400 miles away
Or gone for so many days
Might change the way you think or do
It's gonna be hard knowing that I can't see you
Someday I hope you will realize it was your choices that did this to everyone because of the mistake you keep making
