there has been a shift

red or blue i cannot tell

either way

the world has taken on a differnet hue

but its a clear color

hurt but not alone

my sight is evolving

continuing to move..

but not getting lost in translation

i have a sneaking reluctance to trust this

to have my subconscious drug along by the ear

rather than have my heart lead me by the hand

there is a drive in me

steering me to wherever it is i am to go

this is a long road

but ive got good company in my rainy day wings

she's not along just for good mesure

but of her own accord

my world lends its tint to hers

and hers brightens mine

maybe thats what this is

my rainy day wings

bringing in the sun....
