Fading Memories
I wonder pass the windows
A perfect frame for the forest of stars
Bright shining balls
Glistering with lights
That falls upon the dark pool of tears
While the fishes crave it,
My irises reflect not hunger
Not desire
But, time,
a time when I was on the other side of the stars,
When I would laugh, not grimace
When I would play the game, not fail it
So, now I stand and watch
Watch the strings of my wishes float across the water
What am I doing?
I am waiting to wake
To wish, to dream
My fading memories
