Possibility
In twilight's gentle, muted hue,
Where dreams take flight and skies are blue,
I find a world both still and deep,
Where whispered secrets softly seep.
Beneath the crescent's silver arc,
The night awakes, a world so dark,
Yet in this darkness, beauty gleams,
A tapestry of starry dreams.
The moon, a beacon, softly glows,
A guardian as the night-time flows,
Its silken beams, a tranquil guide,
Through oceans of the eventide.
The rustling leaves, a lullaby,
As gentle zephyrs softly sigh,
They sing of tales from days of old,
Of love and loss, of stories untold.
In shadows cast by ancient trees,
The world's a canvas, if you please,
Each step I take, a whispered rhyme,
In this enchanted, quiet time.
So, in this realm of dark and light,
I find my solace, my respite,
For in the night, there's mystery,
And endless possibility.
