They tread on your colorful soft petals

So you can’t bloom so proudly beautiful

They launch contempt through their eyes

So you’ll never know and never try

They surround you with countless fierce bodies

So you seemed small and helpless and weak

They stand and they stared and they smiled

So you left where you belonged like an innocent child

They blatantly mocking your cowardice

So you would escape like frightened mice

They judge you’re body and background, behind you

So you became an exhibit while you had no clue

They laughed

They pointed

They weighted your value

They aimed

They spread

They’re proud, by lowering you

Like circus animals

Amusing their self

With childish games

Not a piece of gold would be tarnished by sordid dust

They never stopped sparkling

Even if covered by dirt

They never stolen my light

It always belonged to me
