i want to rip an ikea catalogue
i want my room to look a mess.
i want everyone who steps through the door
to blink twice and narrow their eyes,
trying to take in all the patterns
as if they are being blinded by the luminance of the sun.
i want not a 2nd of one color
for there are hundreds of them for a reason.
i want people to lean against the doorframe
and see me with all myself—
a big pile of clutter
of thoughts and indecisiveness;
contemplating whether to do that or this,
and end up doing both.
i want them to know nothing
and everything about my soul
at one glance.
i want them to see through all my secrets,
and strip me naked of all my lies and truths.
i want them leaving
confused than ever.
i want my room to bite all strangers
except for the ones
and only the ones
who aren't afraid of her beauty.
