Is Love Enough?
Spending days longing for love
Feeling so lonely my stomach turns
Aching and breaking for a touch
When will it end? Never, I fear.
Then I see you
My eyes meet your gaze
Maybe this is all too soon
But you’ve got me locked in your haze
Your voice consumes my mind
So serenading, so kind
All of the love I’ve been longing for
Is standing here in front of me
Will my heart want more?
I take the chance to find what could be.

This piece is my way of expressing how I feel about love. Always longed for it but was always too scared to try.
