The Side of Me No One Deserves

Love was just a word for me
Till you came and turned it into a feeling.
Hurt was just a sight to you
Till I came and turned it into an experience for you.
You can be my last chance.
I am wrong to me.
I am scared of letting go
I want to say it loud:
“Stay, with me a little more.
Show me where you wanna go.
Love me how you do.
I wanna stay with you until we are old”
But I won’t say it
Cause you deserve better
And I can no more show
The side of me no one deserves.

Writing poems when I find myself overwhelmed with a lot of emotions has been a thing I do for a long time now. I have a lot of poetry with me. And all of them are about our negative feelings about different things. I sent my poems to a few of my friends and their reaction was perfect.
