My truth
I've traveled to many places
Places frowned upon,
Smiled above
I tell nothing but the truth.
I have seen the dirt and the poor on the streets
The people still smiling with nothing
Yet they have love,
I tell nothing but the truth.
I've seen people sad going up to their office
Sad driving their expensive car,
No heart left
I tell nothing but the truth.
I've seen these communities come together and laugh
Nothing but they have gratitude
Storys to tell,
I tell nothing but the truth.
Millions in money yet they have nothing
Depression in their veins,
As they have no smiles left to give
I tell nothing but the truth.
Money can't make you happy
But your experiences can,
Live life because it is your last
I tell nothing but the truth.
