Welcome to my mind

It’s dark most of the time but the stars are beautiful, and 

I like it here

It's cold and wet and dreary, and my fire’s dim, but

It’s home, and I like it here. 

The creatures bay outside the door, but they only want to play

They're no danger to you at all

There are thorns and spikes and needles

but I'll show you where they are

There's a lot going on, then there's nothing at all; that's just the way of this place

The animals speak here, they say profound truths

It doesn't make a lot of sense if you're not versed

In the language of the creatures of my mind
