Stream Of Memories
In the puddle, floundering memories.
I pick them up one by one.
I store them in my mind
Trying to remember from time to time.
The puddle has streams where memories flow into.
I see ones of different kinds
Sentimental but also very regretful
I reminisce of these experiences
Wishing it was different wishing I could go back in time.
Down the stream I see new memories
Some I could make.
Some that I could make better than my mistakes.
I wish I could destroy the puddle of the past.
But I realize that it made me who I am.
So I keep following the stream.

This piece is meant to resemble the memories one has or remembers. A person is made from their memories and has no way to go back and time to change them. This also is meant to show how i have learned to accept my mistakes and learned how to create better memories.
