Lone Tree
Lone Tree
In love with the powder
They call me a hound
I love when you fall
and the snow doesn’t make a sound
Dreaming of better days a week out west
already becoming a haze but i’ll never forget
riding down the rockies
feeling the sweat
something no mountain can copy
11,000 feet up
The Tetons in sight
I can see three states
It adds to the fright
only one way down
but that’s what made me a powder hound
Stuck in the east
ski’ing down ice sheets
no pow in view
has me feeling blue
no cliffs to jump
just waiting for snow to dump
