a year
A year starts with the january 1st,
Everyone is “sick” from the night before.
January.
Walking through january is like walking in quick sand,
The faster you try to walk the longer it takes you to walk through.
February and march.
Time is easier to spend passing in these two,
Although your just getting out of the quick sand having to clean off your shoes.
April and may.
The 2 spring months go by as fast as the rain that comes pounding down,
Your finally able to wash off the dirt and grime from the past few months.
June,july and august.
The months that fly by the fastest as if it where as fast as the boat ride on a warm summer day,
No shoes to clean off these months
September october and november.
These few your stuck back in the sand.
The faster you try to walk the longer it takes you to walk through.
December goes by as fast as your snow man melts in the spring,
Although snow doesn’t help you clean off dirt.
The year ends with everyone throwing their shoes off to start a new year.

i thought that making a poem about the months that go by the fastest and slowest would be cool. the dirt and sand represent the amount of stress that can be carried through each month at least in my opinion.
