Anxiety
It takes over my body
It’s irrational
Sometimes unexplained
Unexpected
Irrational fears take over
No wall in between
Just being
The calm before the storm
Then it hits
Like it belongs with me
It knows it doesn’t
“Why are you worried about something so small”
“Nothing will happen to you”
Tell it that, not me

I have pretty bad anxiety so, when I had to make a poem about anything I wanted I chose anxiety. I feel like this poem is very relatable for many people out there.
