Sometimes I get reminded
Of things that happened
Long ago
Then I see it
Materializing before me
In my mind
My past
Laid out before me
Like a movie
There we are
Together
7 years ago
The house
The pool
The ocean
The palm trees
The gardens
All there
Like I am still there too
My family is here too
Younger now
Happy
Vacation
I see it all
And now Its time
To return To Reality
It all starts to fade
The house
The ocean
The palm trees
As everything fades
And I return to reality
I smile and think
Of good times past
And good times ahead.
