The Sunset
I closed my eyes to experience the picturesque location with my soul and not just my eyes. I could hear the waves gently caressing the shore, the wind rustling, and the sound of little crabs and turtles scuttling back to their homes. The moisture and the warmth in the air made the place even more convivial and serene. I could feel the sand beneath my feet slowly melting away. As the waves hit my feet, I opened my eyes to witness the magnificent sunset. The big orange ball slowly sank down and down setting into the horizon, filling the cloudless sky with a deep red flame, making it absolutely stunning and gorgeous. The birds flying back to their homes seem to bid the sun goodbye and so did I.
