June 14, 2022
sunken pebbles nudged my toes
wrestling me from my repose.
frolicking clouds greeted my eyes
as peeking meek mice.
raw cut grass in cruise
when its lifting fragrance accrues.
humid waves tugged away
battling within a bouquet.
a new day offers its homage
with melting ice cubes as vestige
