If I were to look back at my past,
I’d realize the journey up until now has been vast
So many moments, experiences and memories
Some of them would make really good stories.

A chance to go back to the past, gently I’d deny
Though it’s been a lovely journey on standby
Yes it was beautiful, yes it was the good ‘ol times.
But at no cost would I again want to experience the painful goodbyes.

And then there’s the future
Which at the moment, I can only picture
The anticipation only brings worry after worry
I’d rather try and be sorry.

But the present is the toughest experience
You choose your moments, you get the sense
A thorned flower and the present
Can either hurt or pleasure our scent
The choice is whose?
You choose.
