Guns and Bombs(Inspired by CXLV by Zain Aslam)
Blood and the only thing I see is
The smoke anyway they’re so regular
Taking a bullet like a martyr
Can’t even spot the moist soil covered plains
They’re too busy falling on top of one another
Shooting away from the safe space one by one
So where are they running off to again
Nowhere since home is far overseas
They’re always so hopeful that it stops
And now I’m here just staring at the muddy sky
