It Speaks of Life
A washing machine is like a cinder block
The square-like appearance, bulky, and heavy
Tells the eye what its purpose is
Of course, it’s to help our human needs
So we may be able to bring food for us to feed
It is stationed for years, watching time fly
Recording the history of mankind while aging as well
Truly, it’s fascinating to watch the washing machine repeatedly turn clothes
Just like watching the cinder block create new buildings
Both create many memories, without them
There would be no structure to tell the good and bad tales
My clothes and socks are clean!
Bringing me joy to wear my clothes so I may be seen
Without clothes, it sits there lifeless
Like a cinder block
However, it speaks of life once nature surrounds the object
Nothing can compare to nature’s beauty
For it describes the history
Of how a washing machine is like a cinder block.
