The road had twists and turns

too many bumps to count

but that road

that road it led me out

Out to a horizon filled with stars

Beatifull balls of gasses passed over every day by the masses

The masses to concerned with money and power to lend a hand

to conserved with them selves to see the sand

Unremembered ,unrecognized,unnamed

The ones that build our houses, the ones we put in chains

to scared to stand up and fight

All because they have no right

Diferant eyes,different hair,different skin

Same smile,same ideas,same love

Unwavering loyalty, hart warming humanity, family above all else

They where forced to be kind in a world of cruelty

Forced to take what was given with out a word of liberty

In a country where their supposed to get it freely,in tern get it sparingly

The sand is now glass united and strong but fragile to a fault(opposing opinions)

Forged by the fire we call Racism

dig a little deeper

You’ll find find it’s keeper

Fear

Some stay clear

But not all

Few let it consume them

lead them

Scared and irrational

It hides behind names of power

Names that can’t be touched

It passes the laws that make us pay these fees

It passes by family’s begging on their knees

It makes the world bleed

Once gone the world will be freed

People are people treat them right

People are people where all worth the fight

The fight for change

The fight to keep family’s together

The fight to make the world

just a little better

This was written for the ones that can't speek

This was written for the people that have never seen the other side of town

and for my father who is a person that can't stand up and fight because he has no right
