A Lot
it’s like we’re in chapter
eleven of our life,
when the author decides
to rewrite the lines.
everything gets sorted,
but not yet quite.
there’s always a chapter
twelve in sight.
even after that text,
still got a plot.
no, don’t ask me,
do ask that lot.
//
the lot of people,
from all over the world.
some light — some dark,
some young — some old.
the lot of people,
of some kind.
some may be lethal,
some are fine.
//
no one animal
is evil or pure.
we do bad things,
that is for sure.
but no one animal
is evil or pure.
aim to do good,
and then you’ll lure.
++
we are human,
act so.
do we really?
don’t think so.
