An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away
Someone once said say, “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
This legend stuck, so we eat an apple a day.
But does that apple a day really keep the doctor away?
We discover stories on the 10 o’clock news of The Pandemic and sicknesses.
Do we conclude they did not eat their apple to keep the doctor away?
Anyway, we still eat our apples for the day,
in aim of keeping the doctor away.
We then discover ourselves, who ate apples upon apples, pleading the doctor for help.
How could this happen? An apple a day is supposed to keep the doctor away.
All the apples from day to day
never kept the doctor away.
One cannot believe the entirely they hear.
An apple a day doesn’t always keep the doctor away.

This poem was inspired by the constant rumors we hear as high schoolers. These assumptions and accusations can be harmful and hurful to one's pride. This poem is to put one in other shoes when they repeat or hear gossip about another person. If no gossip were to happen, imagine how much simpiler high school would be.
