Making Soup with Mom
Is like watching a movie with dad
Reading a book with my sister
Is like walking with my dogs
But doing all these things
Together
Is the definition of family time.

Each thing listed in this poem is something that reminds me of each family member. My mom and I spend time together in the kitchen. I watch movies and shows with my dad because we both like the same things. I read with my sister every night and we often discuss what we read, but doing things together as a family is a lot more important to me--when we go to the movies, the mall, out for dinner or desserts. I love my family.
