English Poem
As concessions begin to open
The smell of Buttered popcorn fills the air
Soon People begin to appear
The curtain rises, it's time to go
My friends and I must put on a show
Our nerves are well deserved
As my heart races and the music changes
My que is soon
Stepping out and seeing faces
But only focusing on music phrases
Moving with memory
Filling the room with different types of energy
Smiles appear on all of the elderly
Yet the youth are entertained
But difficult to be contained
Coming to a close
Applose begins to impose
Endless hours of practice
For one moment to shine
But soon I will have to resign
