Sonata
Sonata
I’ll play you a beautiful song
I know you’re running out of time, it won’t be long
A song of missing
The times of reminiscing
Of all the things I want to remember
From January all the way to December
All the memories that would go away
But someday I’ll meet you midway
On that day I meet you again
To you I’ll entertain
I’ll play you an overture or a toccata
And just for you, I’ll play you my sonata
