The Man
The day had just broke noon
The autumn breeze had a chill
As I headed down the street
I saw a lonely man
Wandering with great pain
The man had on ripped clothes
And spoke with a shattered voice
The man was kind as ever
He carried himself with passion
And although doubting most
He never could let that go
and walked every day
until the sun fades away
looking for love in anything
and everyone.

This poem is about a man who has no home, and has no friends. But he looks for love and hope in anything. And spends his life walking searching for something to help him.
