Drug
My body it has tainted
Spoiled like rich milk
My skin
Like silk almost sinful at touch
Poisonous love
No poisonous lust
He did not
I mistook my own trust
She did not
I misled my first thoughts
I fed on emotion
I couldn’t afford the cost
Poisonous love is remembered and never lost
One day
Real love
Will be the only drug

Love is just as potent as any discovered drug;euphoric yet destructive. Betrayal of myself and my instincts brought me to the creation of this piece. There's still love here for the ones who wasted my time.
