Birds Chirping
The woosh of the wind came to life
As I opened my bedroom window
Watching the trees sway back and forth,
Listening to the birds singing their early morning songs
The grass still looked frosted,
With a slight touch of dew
And the trees so green from the sunlight
Shining on through
The cold scented rain,
Falling from the sky
The touch so gentle
It Wouldn't even make a baby cry
