Another Day
We feel good
Knowing we could help makes us feel warm
The smile on their face shows they feel this same warmth
It took effort
Long hours were put in
We didn’t know if this would work
or be appreciated
We persevered
Conflicting schedules increased the difficulty
But we gave it out all,
Sacrificed time,
And spent money
The warmth made it worth it
Because now we feel good
