Hooking It
Hanging on a hook
Scripted with ink
Colors zigzaging the shades of pink
Text all jumbled around
Unable to make out a sound
Clumps of words that slip off your tongue
Making your hands and lips feel numb
Pink watch laying upside down
Crafted with pens bought in town
Messy scribbles from the right hand
Each line expanding in demand like sand
The watch on the right
The scumble in the middle
The clump of words dripping down in a drizzle
I can’t make it out
Time seems stuck
In a scrambled mess of words
Then a bird flies into this mess

This poem describes a complex and abstract painting that is mean to evoke confusion. Things like words, to watches and birds are involved to create a masterpiece to get you to think with the painting of different shades of pink.
