Winter
Winter is breathtaking
It captivates and catches the eye
You look at the sky
And see the geese passing by
The snow is falling softly
It makes the air a bit frosty
I close my eyes and daydream
Maybe even blow off some steam
Life may be dying
In a way it's sort of gratifying
An end to something
Is a beginning to the next thing
I get on my knees to pray
Then I go to sleep after a long days play
I look out my window to the sky
To see the geese passing by
