She Spoke
Her thoughts
In their chaotic and mingled train of words
Were spread into the open and empty space before her
A moment of sheer authenticity only witnessed
By the flowing brooke and the small creatures
Which chirped their rhythm on their own accord
And of course, the air
The air accepted the words and allowed them to dissipate
It will not remember and it did not mind
As she pooled her emotions into its infinite grasp
The air did not kill the words but perhaps broke them
Broke them into smaller and smaller and smaller
Pieces until they disappeared and were lost
To the miniscule particles
Which make up everything and mean nothing
“Come to me”
It said
“Give me your worries your fears and your hates
Give me your hopeless dreams and your painful realities
Give me your emotions
One piece at a time
I will take them and make them myself
They shall be nothing and everything
Dear child come to me and enjoy my paradox
Bask in what is all you can understand and
What is impossible to grasp”
And she did
And she gave him more
She gave him even tears
Even her very soul
And she allowed air to gently and beautifully
Break her
