Sometimes I wish I had just one more day with you.
One more day to do everything we loved.
One more time to hear your laugh, that always made me smile.
One more time to look into those dark blue eyes that I could see the world in.
One more time to be wrapped in your comforting hug that always made my problems go away, as long as I was in your arms.
Just one more day with you,
Maybe then i won’t be consumed by the feeling of me missing you
Like I have for the past 4 months
Maybe then i’ll be okay
Or maybe then you’ll want to stay.
