She looked in the mirror for the fifth time this hour
Negative comments about her body came crawling out of it
After weeks of starving herself she still see’s a pathetic overweight girl who will do anything for beauty
Her eyes swelled with tears as she wondered who decided to give her this body that she feels so utterly and completely lost in
What terrifies her the most is that if she’s not enough for herself, she will never be good enough for someone else

What inspired to make this piece is my own perosnal issues with body image and low self esteem. I've come to realize everyone on this earth looks diffrent for a reason and there shouldn't be a certain standard for beauty.
