Mom: Worthy of the Most Thanks
My mother loving, and never a pain
Resides in Covington, her thoughts not vain
Five foot one, she stands small
Long brown hair, blue eyes and all
They call her Kristen Michele
Beautiful, as one can tell
The sweetest woman you will ever meet,
And the most exciting one to greet
Gardening is in her nature
For that, she wants an acre
A dog groomer, that is she
It is how she spends her days, pleasantly
Having six dogs is understandable
Because, at her core, she loves her animals
On top of dogs she has many birds
In her house, they take up two thirds
In her free time, she coaches me
Then after that, we sip sweet tea
Traveling with her is the best
It is when we choose to take our rest
My mother’s words always cross my mind
I will never forget to “be kind”
I am grateful for my mother,
For like her, there is no other
