Favorite Quote:
Norman Bates: You know what I think? I think that we’re all in our private traps, clamped in them, and none of us can ever get out. We scratch and we claw, but only at the air, only at each other, and for all of it, we never budge an inch.
Marion Crane: Sometimes, we deliberately step into those traps.
-Psycho (1960)

I’m drowning in the deepest part of the sea

Seaweed pulling on my hair

Drifting further away from life

Further away from air

I’m drowning in the deepest part of the sea

Sharks tearing at my limbs

They eat at my brain, erasing my thoughts

They eat at my feelings, breaking my heart

I’m drowning in my tears

Black smudges ruining my pillow

Everything I thought about life, shattering

All my emotions disappearing

Until I disappear along with them
