I'm Me
I’m from mother.
I’m from father.
I’m protective,
Over family.
I’m tough,
Like mother.
I’m stubborn,
Like father.
I’m tall,
Like uncle.
I’m smart,
Because of experience.
I’m wise,
Because of past.
I’m admired by family,
Because of accomplishments.
I’m skeptical about most,
Because most lie.
I’m from the outcasts,
Who keep to themselves.
I’m from the jocks,
Who play for each other.
I’m from the nerds,
Who never judge.
I’m accepted by friends,
Who will always stand by my side.
I’m from beliefs,
Whom may find crazy.
I’m hated.
I’m loved.
Most importantly, I’m me.
