The clink of
Ball on metal
It's going going
Gone!
My mind is racing
I round first base
I look up
As the ball goes
Over the fence
My arms up
In celebration
As I round the bases
I watch the ball go over the fence,
For an exciting homerun
As I touch home
Coach greets me
Teammates greet me
I look to my mom
And smile
Then I wake
Just a dream.
