It’s not apart of who I am,

Or who I hope to be. 

It will never change. 

I will not bend to anyone's will. 

I can make my own decisions. 

I will not be treated like a toy, 

disposable and unimportant. 

I am a living, breathing person. 

I will not allow a carousel of whispers and stares to surround me.  

I am not someone to be put down. 

I will not be a subject of harassment. 

I am a strong,

And beautiful human being. 

I will not change myself for others. 

I can be my own person. 

I will not submit to the views of others. 

I will not fall to what is socially acceptable. 

I WILL NOT make myself invisible for the advancement of others. 

I AM NOT A PUSHOVER.

And I will not lay down.
