With time
I changed my clothes
and they're dirty
though my life
is undefiled-
the past is haunting bleak
I just feel like
I can't be so unique
and my lovely house
is sinking deep.-
Take pity and
take a leap
I'm outta my house
bounds.

I wrote this in a letter I volunteered to send to Letters Against Depression. It's about a lady who stuck inside her own mind, which pleads perfection for her life as the past made her so depressed and wasn't so perfect. The past is creeping back on her, however.
