Hatred is our war
You watched as the sky poured and watered the flames
You all did
And with that they fit perfectly together like the bullets to your gun
And the words that were mouthed before you pulled the trigger
And befell us the perfect destruction of our delicate world
Delicate indeed
Which was once taken care of by a young boy
The world a beautiful flower that he held with gentle hands
And watered in love, hope, joy,and faith
But soon bathed in blood to become a man
And that love, hope and joy wickered away
And shed tears that screamed on his face as a call for help
As he no longer held faith or change within his heart
Into his head they crept in like a lullaby
Sung to by the most beautiful voice
Hypnotizing and controlling
And drift he did but not into a peaceful slumber
But into the hands of the wicked that now controlled him
And now no more was that innocent boy
But stood tall a soldier
And blew belligerent winds
And awakened the enemy of his enemy
Which was his self
Written in his eyes was hatred
And that hatred squeezed the trigger
With no remorse shown
The enemy you fight loves you but fights to protect
There freedom from your captores
And what you were taught is what you were fighting for
It was a war that could not be won by weapons
But a war that could be won by using something you dreaded which were words
And once you did there shone the sun from your mouth a
Bright beautiful warm light that lit you from head to toe
And once that light was shone you saw what could not be seen before
What your mind had stolen from you and locked deep within the hallways of your conscious
Finally entering the key into its lock of tears and agony
Walked in and gained the sweet honey like knowledge that
Hatred was the war you were fighting
And won by letting love finally pull the trigger itself
Ending the war you fought without reason
