I'm Convinced
I’m convinced that I have two left feet
One longer than the other
I’m convinced that there are clear strings everywhere
Tripping me when I walk
I’m convinced that rocks and sticks move
Wherever I step so I can fall
I’m convinced that everybody watches me
When I faceplant on the ground
I’m convinced I’m known as the “clumsy one”
I see that myself
I’m convinced I am the only one
Who can trip every step
I’m convinced the stairs are different lengths
Making me stumble all over them
I’m convinced that trees are out to get me
Putting branches where I walk
I’m convinced the ground is always slippery
The mud is there, I swear
I’m convinced that the glass door was open
The glass was not there when I checked
I’m convinced I’m not the only one
Who giggles when they trip
I’m convinced everyone falls
At least a little bit
