you feel like you’re exactly where you’re supposed to be
swaying to the music
stumbling over your own feet
the cool night air blankets your skin
his touch is hot
burning hot
his hands on your icy skin feel like a million cigarettes being put out
your safe feeling starts to fade
when everything feels wrong
you realize you’re slow dancing with the devil
