Kaleidoscope of Sorrow

I bleed and cry,

and through my tears,

I see the monochrome world

coloured bright

as the light

refracts into something beautiful,

and never seen before.

But the more I stare,

and look in wonder,

my tears stop, and the world

turns back again,

black and white and shades of grey
