“Because I would run away for Pain”
Because I would run away from Pain -
Pain would gladly chase me -
The path was full of choices -
And Hardships
I hastily ran - She was always right behind
And I grew tired of the chase
Enjoying the scenery to await Her
For Her presents was inevitable -
Side by side, She talks of failures and lives lost
In my life - young and old -
Every word adds weights that I must carry
She said she’ll give me a ten-second head start -
